General Gym Policies

Mask Policy

Masks are strongly encouraged inside the building, but are not required.

Lost/Stolen Items

Apex provides cubbies for gymnasts to use to store their belongings. We recommend that all jewelry and other valuables are left at home. Apex lost and found is located to the left of the front door, near the windows. We will place any items left behind in this area for you to come and pick up. Apex is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Late Pickup Policy

We want to make sure we keep your gymnasts safe until you arrive! Please contact the office by phone if you are running late to pick your child up from class, camp, or an event. Apex reserves the right to charge a late fee of $1 per minute per child.

Gym Attire

All gymnasts on the floor must be in proper gymnastics attire. 

Girl's attire includes: leotard, or shorts/leggings and a t-shirt, with hair pulled back and bare feet.

Boy's attire includes: shorts, a t-shirt and bare feet.

The following are not permitted:

  • All jewelry, except for stud earrings

  • Skirts or dresses

  • Clothing with zippers or buttons

We ask that parents joining their young child on the floor wear comfortable clothing, with no shoes. Socks are required for adults on the floor.

Class Enrollment Policies

Enrollment Policy

To enroll, each family is required to have a credit card on file. Enrollment consists of a $45 annual membership fee per child, which covers a 12-month period. Once you have paid membership fee and tuition, we will consider your child enrolled! Your child will remain enrolled in their class for all future months, until you inform us, via email, of your intent to unenroll them.

 

Tuition is due before the first day of each month, after which a $10.00 late fee will be charged. Your account will be charged automatically on the first of each month for tuition.

 

Statements are only sent to overdue accounts. Students will be automatically dropped from their classes if accounts become 48 hours past due.

Class Cancellation Policy

Your child will automatically be enrolled in each new session. We require notification via email or Cancellation Form, before the end of the current session, if you would like to cancel enrollment. Please see our gym calendar for details. Verbal notification to drop will not be accepted - we require an email to info@apexgym.net or a submitted cancellation form to process your cancellation.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer proration or refunds. If you are dropping mid-session, we can offer a credit towards classes or other events to the family's account for all classes left in the session that are more than one week after the withdrawal email was received.

 

Any make-up classes scheduled after the student's drop date will automatically be cancelled.

Makeup Policy

Apex offers unlimited makeup classes within one year of the missed class date. So long as a child is currently enrolled in a class, they can use their makeup classes for any missed class within 1 year of the missed class date.

Makeup classes are nontransferable and can only be used by the student who missed the class.

All make up classes should be scheduled through the client portal. To schedule a makeup class, the class first must be missed by your child and the absence must be recorded.

If you cannot make it to your scheduled makeup class, please contact the gym by phone or email within 24 hours of the makeup class. Otherwise, that makeup class will be forfeited.

Camp Policies

Camp Enrollment Policy

Payment for camp is due in full at the time of camp registration. 

We do offer 15% off siblings for camp!

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for camp. 

Camp Cancellation

Apex reserves the right to cancel camp due to low enrollment. If this is the case, we will contact you the Friday before camp begins.

What to bring to Camp

In addition to appropriate gymnastics attire (see above), we require that all campers bring the following:

  • A snack

  • A lunch

  • A water bottle

Please note that we cannot provide use of a microwave or a fridge to our campers, so please plan their foods accordingly.​

We also always recommend packing an extra change of clothes, just in case.

Late Pickup - Camp

Aftercare is available from 2PM to 3PM at $10 per participant. After care will automatically be charged if your child is picked up after 2:15pm. Late pick up fee is $1/minute/child, and will be applied to all late pick ups after aftercare.
