Can I try a class first?
Yes! Apex offers a $25 trial class per student, per program for new clients. To register for a trial class, fill out our registration form, select a class time, and click "Yes" when asked if you would like to do a trial class.
Which class is right for my child?
Children under age 3 should join our Parent + Me class.
Children age 3 should join our Little Star class.
Children age 4 should join our Gym Star class.
Children ages 5-7 should join our Super Stars class.
Children ages 7+ without gymnastics experience should join our Beginner 1 class.
After your child's first class, our coaches will be able to better determine which level is best suited for your child, and will discuss this with you!
What should my child wear to the gym?
Appropriate clothing is required for all children participating in gymnastics activities at Apex.
Girl's attire includes: leotard, or shorts/leggings and a t-shirt, with hair pulled back and bare feet.
Boy's attire includes: shorts, a t-shirt and bare feet.
The following are not permitted:
All jewelry, except for stud earrings
Skirts or dresses
Clothing with zippers or buttons
When can we start?
Apex has ongoing enrollment, so you can start at any time and your tuition fee will be prorated accordingly.
Do you have a membership fee?
Yes. Apex charges a $45 annual membership fee per child. This fee is billed annually on your anniversary date.
Your annual membership fee does not expire if you drop classes and return; it only expires after 1 year, at which point you will have to pay it again to maintain enrollment and be considered a member.
When is tuition due?
Tuition is due upon enrollment, and then on the first of each month thereafter. Your card on file will be charged automatically on the first.
A $10 late fee will be charged to any accounts that are outstanding after the 1st of the month. Students with an unpaid account will be dropped from their class after 48 hours, and other students may take their place in class. We will reach out to you by email if the card on file declines or is expired.
Do you offer a sibling or multi-class discount?
Yes and yes! Our discounts are as follows:
Siblings: 20% off tuition for second sibling (and any additional siblings)
Parent + Me: $50 off second class
Preschool: $36 off second class
Ninja/Super Stars/Beginner 1/2: $36 off second class
Intermediate/Advanced: $45 off second class
What is your makeup policy?
Apex offers unlimited makeup classes for our currently enrolled students. As long as a child is currently enrolled in classes, they may make up any class they missed up to one year after the missed class date.
To schedule a makeup class, the class first must be missed by your child. Makeup classes may be scheduled a maximum of 1 week in advance. Makeup classes are offered based on availability.
If you need to cancel your makeup class, please contact the gym by phone or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled makeup class, so that you can reschedule it at a later date. Otherwise, your child may not reuse that makeup class.
How can I schedule a makeup class?
To schedule a makeup class, follow the steps below:
Log into your Parent Portal account.
Click on the 3 horizontal lines in the upper right-hand corner.
In the drop-down menu, click “Absences & Makeups”
Click on “Schedule Makeup” in green font.
A list of classes will pop up
Select the Make Up class and Click "Submit". A confirmation email will be sent to the email we have on file.
How do I cancel my child's class?
Apex Gymnastics operates on a continual registration cycle, meaning that your child is automatically re-registered for each new monthly session. Please email email@example.com before the last business day (Saturday) of the CURRENT session that you would like to cancel the class for the following session. See our gym calendar for details.
Verbal communication with the front desk or coach, calling/leaving a voice mail will not be accepted as notification. Email notification must be sent so there is a record of the class cancellation. There are no exceptions to our policy and no refunds will be issued.
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes we do! To get the process started, please fill out our private lessons registration form . Once you complete this form, one of our coaches will reach out to you to discuss scheduling private lessons!
