Classes
Classes are offered year-round, and you can join any time! Each session is 4 weeks long. If you enroll mid session, your tuition will be prorated accordingly. Once enrolled, you will be enrolled into all future sessions, until you notify us in writing of your intention to stop enrollment.
Ages 0-3
45 minutes per class
Instructor-led classes include playful warm-up and basic gymnastics for motor skill development using preschooler-sized gymnastics equipment.
Little Star - Age 3
Gym Star - Age 4

Designed to improve motor skills, introduce children to more complex exercises, and develop strength, flexibility and coordination, our preschool classes are 45 minutes in length. Classes are fun and challenging, with older preschoolers also focusing on following directions and building confidence.
Super Stars: Ages 5-7
Beginner 1&2: Ages 7+

Intermediate/Advanced: By Invitation only
85 minutes per class
Our Recreational programs teach fundamentals through advanced gymnastics skills. Apex provides safe, technically correct, challenging and fun learning environment. Our Recreational classes focus on skill improvement, self-esteem, strength, flexibility and self-confidence.
Ages 5+
55 minutes per class
Super Ninja class is a combination of traditional gymnastics events such as tumbling, rings, bars, rope climbing and tumble truck with elements of parkour training, and obstacle courses.
Ages 3-17
