Our Xcel Competition Team program is designed for gymnasts who are passionate about advancing their skills, building confidence, and experiencing the excitement of competitive gymnastics in a supportive team environment. Athletes will work on strength, flexibility, routines, and technique while developing teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship through practices and competitions throughout the season.
